About Us

Welcome to the Hereford SA Photography Club

We are a local Photography Club based in Hereford (England) set up in 2005 to enable individuals interested in photography to meet and improve their knowledge and skills.

We meet on the first Monday of each month (except Bank Holidays - see events list for details) at the Salvation Army Hall in Hereford find us. Meetings start promptly at 7.30 pm so it's advisable to arrive a little earlier. We usually finish at 9.30 pm.

If you are interested in photography please come along and join us - membership is inexpensive (£20 yearly) and we are a very friendly group of people who enjoy taking pictures. You don’t need to be an expert or be able to take photos like a ‘pro’ because that is not what the club is about. We have members of all skills and abilities and even some members who do not own a camera - they just enjoy photographs.

Throughout the year we hold regular competitions, lectures and photography away days to help members improve their skills. We also hold workshops on a range of subjects that are targeted at differing abilities; including, Basic / Advanced Camera Skills and Computer Software management.

We also choose a charity each year and the club and members contribute to that in various ways.

If you's like to know more or have a chat, please come along to a meeting, or contact us via the web contact form.
